摘要
以磷酸铁锂为正极材料,石墨为负极材料,制备了1865型磷酸铁锂电池,研究了该电池在绝热、隔热和自然散热条件下,不同大小电流充放电过程的热效应.研究结果表明,磷酸铁锂电池充放电过程中所放出的热量主要来源于不可逆发热,即电子、离子在传导过程中克服电池内部阻力所产生的热量.发热量与电流呈线性关系,随着电流的增大而增大.这些结果为磷酸铁锂电池在电动汽车方面的应用打下基础.
1865 type of LiFePO4 lithium ion battery have been prepared,using LiFePO4 as cathode material and graphite as anode material.The thermal effect of the battery was investigated at different charg-ing/discharging current and environment.The results showed that the heat mainly came from the irreversible thermal effect,i.e.the heat derived from internal resistance of the cell.The heat was linear with the current,and increased with the increase of current.These results provided the foundation of LiFePO4 lithium ion battery applying to electric car.
