摘要
为了提高稠油高温相渗试验的成功率和安全性,通过研制新型密封圈材料,改进回压阀结构,设计了高度自动化的出口回压控制系统,实现了驱替相态和系统回压的全自动、智能化控制,大大降低人为操作所带来的误差,同时消除了操作人员被高温烧伤或烫伤的安全隐患。改进的出口回压控制系统最高耐温提高到400℃,最高工作压力达到30 MPa,回压阀灵敏度提高到0.05 MPa。该系统在现场试验中成功率达到96%,验证了系统的性能指标及应用效果,为胜利油田稠油油藏化学蒸汽驱开发提供了室内研究的设备保障和技术支持。
To improve the success rate and safety of heavy oil high temperature phase permeability test,the highly automatic outlet back pressure control system was designed by developing a new type of O-ring material and improving the structure of back pressure valve.The study achieves the fully automatic and intelligent control of displacement phase and system back pressure and greatly reduces the error caused by operators.Meanwhile,it eliminates the potential safety hazards,such as burning or scalding of operators by high temperature.The success rate of field application reaches 96%,satisfying the design requirement.The study provides the equipment guarantee and technological support for the development of oil reservoir chemical steam flooding in Shengli Oilfield.
