摘要
为了研究食物中添加三聚氰胺对大鼠组织结构的影响,将16只大鼠随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,试验组食物中分别参入632、126.42、5.28 mg/kg三聚氰胺。30 d后剖检,主要脏器制作石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察。肾小球被挤压变形,肾球囊扩张,且有片絮状和丝网状红染物质,肝脏细胞颗粒变性,水泡变性,脾脏白髓缩小。结果表明饲料中添加三聚氰胺会使大鼠肾脏、肝脏、脾脏的组织结构改变,有一定的损伤作用。
In order to study added melamine in the rats feed affect organizational structure, 16 rats were randomly divided into control group, Group I and II and III, the feed of Group I , II , III contained melamine 63Z, 126. 4-25. 28 mg/kg separately. After 30ds autopsy, main organ were taken at once in anatomyt paraffin section prepared, HE staining, microscopic observation and photograph were conducted. Finally, glomerular has squeezed deformation, kidney balloon expansion and has floccus and mesh-like staining red material. Liver cells generally vesicular degeneration, granular degeneration and apoptosis, spleen white pulp minify. The results shows that added melamine in rats feed will cause rats kidney, liver, spleen organizational structure change,and also have a certain degree of injury.
