Advance in Porcine Circovirus Infection and It's Animal Models

摘要 1974年德国学者Tischer从多株连续传代的猪肾细胞(PK-15)中发现了猪圆环病毒(PCV),其致病性及其疾病直到1991年才由Clark报道,称为断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)。随后,许多学者对PCV-2感染以及PMWS的动物模型建立进行了广泛研究,证实了免疫激发及PCV-2与其他病原混合感染对PMWS的临床症状与病理变化具有促进作用,阐述了PCV-2感染猪所表现的不同临床症状类型。通过限菌仔猪与小鼠试验性感染PCV-2,在病原致病性、病毒体内分布与病理损伤等研究取得了新的进展,现对此作以综述,为从事PCV-2研究者提供参考。 Tischer an Germany scholar have found porcine circovirus(PCV)from PK-15 cells since 1974, up to1991 the pathogenicity of PCV2 and PMWS were reported by Clark. From then, many studies on PCV2 infection and animal models of PMWS were carried out, the results appealed that immune stimulation and PCV2 with other pathogen co-infection had contributed to clinical signs or pathological lesions in PCV2-infected pigs and mice. Porcine circovius associated diseases (PCVAD) were reported worldwide. Pigs and mice as animal models were used in PCV2 infection and the advanced results of viral pathogenicity, lesions and distribution in these animal models have been demonstrated either. With the aim of contributing to researchers who worked on the studies of PCV2 or porcine circoviurs associated diseases, the latest research about PCV2 and PCV2-associated diseases were summarized.
