论现代文化及新疆以现代文化为引领的依据

文化建设在推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安中有着突出地位和重要作用。以现代文化为引领是新疆在新的历史节点上的战略抉择,是稳疆兴疆、富民固边的精神支撑、核心力量。文章采取定性研究的方式,从历时态、社会发展具体形态、文化发展和进步程度、文化发展格局、文化发展总体态势、文化发展目标和终极意义六个维度对现代文化的内涵和适用范围做了界定,阐述了现代文化的现代性、多元性、价值性、开放性、超越性等主要特征,以马克思发展观、文化哲学和现代化理论等相关观点及新中国成立特别是改革开放以来的伟大实践作为以现代文化为引领的基本依据,并提出新疆以现代文化为引领是符合时代发展潮流和新疆各民族人民意愿的现实文化选择。

Cultural construction plays prominent role in promoting striding progress and long-term stability in Xinjiang.Modern cultural guide is a strategic choice for Xinjiang in new historic turn,spiritual pillar and core strength for revitalizing the land on stability and improving people＇s life while fortifying frontier.The essay adopts qualitative research method,in which modern cultural connotation and suitable sphere are defined in the six dimensions of diachronic state,specific form of social development,cultural progress,cultural development pattern and cultural development as a whole,cultural development target and terminate sense,expounds modern,diverse, valuable,open and transcending features based on Marxist development view,cultural philosophy and modern theory as well as practice since the founding of New China（October 1st 1949）,especially the reform and opening and guided by modern culture and states that modern cultural guide accords with modern trend and aspiration of people in different ethnic groups as a choice out of realistic culture.
