近年来,国家间的军事交往频繁,军事技术透明化越来越引起人们的关注,拟从军事技术自身角度解读这一趋势,认为正是军事技术进步所产生的各种变化,使得军事技术透明化成为一种必然选择,同时也通过降低透明化风险使之成为一种可行选择,通过产生更多益处使之成为一种可取选择。

In recent years, the military contacts between countries become increasingly frequent, military technology transparency causes the attention of people. From the military technology itself, the paper studies this trend, argues that all kinds of changes generated from the military technoh）gy progress make the military technology transparency a necessity choice, simultaneously a feasible choice by lowering down the transparent risk, and hoping to be a desirable choice by producing more benefits.
