摘要
以某研究所知识型员工为研究对象,采用工作要素综合评价法进行满意度测评,采取等级评定法、排序法和强制分布法相结合的方式进行绩效考评,分析并得出各种满意度因素与工作绩效之间的关联关系。
The paper measures the talented workers' satisfaction who are from a research institute by the way of work factors general evaluation, make the performance evaluation by combining the method of grade rating, sorting and enforcement of law, analyzes and summarizes the relationship between the work performance and various satisfaction factors is analyzed.
