高新技术企业知识产权管理现状与对策——基于国家高新区知识产权调查

Status and Countermeasures of High-tech Enterprises Intellectual Property Management——Based on the Survey of State Level Science and Technology Industrial Parks(STIPs)

在调查分析的基础上,总结高新技术企业的知识产权管理现状,梳理在管理机构设置和管理制度建立以及专利申请等方面存在问题,并给出加强企业知识产权管理的对策建议,即,加大培训与宣传力度,增强知识产权意识;完善知识产权管理制度,加强知识产权保护等。

By investigating and analyzing the data of hi - tech companies from national high and new technique parks, this article summarizes the present situation of the high - tech enterprises ＇ IP management, and points out these problems dur- ing the management structure and control system establishment as well as the patent claim. In the end this article gives some suggestions, such as： to enhance the training and publicizing the knowledge of IP, to consummate the present IP management system.
