As one of the top ten revitalization industry, the ＂Logistics Industry Restructuring and Revitalization Plan＂ in 2009 comes into being. Express as an important part of the logistics industry will also play its significant role. In the domestic express delivery market, the private courier industry occupies nearly 70% share. By analyzing the closure reasons of DDS express company in 2009, it proposes the countermeasures of the private courier industry.
