摘要
目的:探讨社区护理管理对高血压患者的作用。方法:将218例社区高血压患者随机分为护理管理组(干预组)和对照组,对干预组实施社区护理管理干预,对照组不施加任何影响。1年后,比较干预组和对照组血压控制及生命质量的变化。结果:干预组血压控制率由干预前的19.81%提高到45.28%,干预前后比较差异显著(p<0.05),干预后,干预组和对照组血压控制率有差异(p<0.05);干预组健康调查量表(SF-36)各维度得分均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:护理管理能够显著提高患者防病治病意识,有效地控制血压,提高生命质量。
Objective： To investigate the effects of community nursing management to hypertension patients. Methods： 218 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, intervention group was implemen- ted community nursing management and control group was not exerted any influence. One year later,compare the blood pressure control and changes in life quality between intervention group and control group. Results ： Blood pressure control rate of interven- tion group increased from 19.81% to 45.28% ,and the difference between before and after intervention was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After intervention, the difference of blood pressure control between intervention group and control group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. All scores of health survey scale （SF-36） of intervention group were higher than scores of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing management can significantly improve patients＇ awareness of preventing and curing diseases, and can effectively control blood pressure and improve the life quality.
