通过在精神上引导、在行为上规范,达到"知行合一",树立"以廉为荣、以贪为耻"的价值观,巩固"全心全意为人民服务"的人生观,遵守"一切以病人为中心"的行业准则,构建和谐的医患关系,创造良好的医疗服务环境,形成浓郁的廉洁文化氛围,从而有效防范医疗行业"潜规则"。
Hidden rules in medical services can be prevented by constructing harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and culture of honest medicines, which consists of unity of knowledge and action, values of being proud of honesty and shameful of corruption,view on life as serving the people, and rules of patients-oriented.
