摘要
利用甲基氯硅烷和苯基氯硅烷单体水解、浓缩和缩聚三步法合成甲基苯基硅树脂,并对水解温度和搅拌速度对硅树脂水解反应的影响及催化剂种类和用量对硅树脂性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:随着水解温度的降低和搅拌速率的加快,甲基苯基硅树脂的产率有所提高;溶剂/水的配比为1∶3时硅树脂的热性能和电性能最佳;催化剂用量为3.5%时,硅树脂缩聚反应的操作时间最佳;当固化剂A用量为0.5%时,硅树脂的固化速度较快,成膜后的弹性良好。
A methylphenyl silicone resin was synthesized through hydrolysis,concentration and condensation of methyl-chclorosilane and phenyl-chlorosilane.The effect of temperature and stirring speed on the hydrolysis reaction and the effect of catalyst and content on the performance of the silicone resin were investigated.The results show that the yield of the resin increases with the drop of hydrolysis temperature and the speeding up of stirring.The heat-resistance and electrical properties of the silicone resin attain optimum as the ratio between solvent and water is 1∶3.When the content of catalyst is 3.5%,the operation time of condensation is optimum.The curing rate and elasticity of the resin is superior when the amount of curing agent A is 0.5%.
