从风机的耐磨性、高效率范围、调节性能、使用维护、可靠性及设备投资等方面分析比较了动叶可调轴流风机、静叶调节轴流风机和离心式通风机在电厂引风机的应用比较,并结合实例简单介绍离心风机中采用液力调速耦合器的工作原理和优缺点,分析了它实现变速调节的经济性及静叶调节轴流风机选型理论以阐述其选型比较。
This article analyzes the characteristics of induced draft fan in the thermal power plant, comparing the specialties among the centrifugal fan, static blade adjustable axial-flow fan and variable blade axial-flow fan in abradability, adjustable particularity, running efficiency, operation & maintenance and investment. The author further introduces the hydraulic coupling application in the thermal power plant along with suggestion on selection of induced draft fan.
