摘要 提出了一种基于LIN总线的磷酸铁锂电池组在线监测和管理系统。该系统采用分布式的网络控制结构,通过以Dspic30f4012芯片为核心底层硬件的设计,实现了对磷酸铁锂电池参数的精确监测,通过LIN总线技术实现数据的传输,并基于较精确的电池模型基础上采用扩展Kalman算法对电池荷电状态(SOC)进行估算,提高了估算精度。实验结果表明:本系统能很好地对电池组进行实时动态监控和有效保护,为电动汽车的电池智能化管理系统开发提供了应用价值。 A lithium iron phosphate battery management system for monitoring and management was developed on the basis of LIN bus. The distributed network architecture was adopted with Dspic30f4012 chip as the core of hardware design to implement the accurate monitoring of battery parameters. The data transmission was achieved by LIN bus technology. Based on the accurate battery model, the extended Kalman algorithm was applied to improve the estimation precision on the battery state of charge (SOC). The experiment results prove that the system can fulfill the real-time requirement of both dynamic monitoring and high effective battery management; it will provide application value for the electric vehicle's battery intelligent management system.
