摘要
详细分析了某型号汽车起重机车架结构在实际应用中的受力情况,用有限元方法分析计算了两种典型工况下车架结构的刚度和强度,通过分析受力最恶劣的工况之一,证明该型号车架结构的设计基本上满足要求。最后,给出了进一步改进车架结构设计的建议。
The force states of certain model of truck crane′s chassis structure in the practical application has been analyzed in detail.The rigidity and intensity of truck crane′s chassis structure under two typical load cases were analyzed with finite element analysis method.By analyzing the force in one of the worst ambient conditions,the design of truck crane′s chassis structure of this model of truck crane′s chassis structure can meet the engineering standard.Finally,the solution for further improving the design of truck crane′s chassis structure were proposed.
