Hold the People-oriented Concept,Enhance the Quality of Medical Service,and Construct a Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship

构建和谐医患关系,既不是简单地使用"医德"口号去谴责医生的道德缺失,也不是从制度的层面上进行没完没了的条例修补,而是要用科学的态度,从认识论和方法论入手,提高医务工作者对医学的完整认识。医生要有人本观念,要有仁慈胸怀,要有全面关心患者身心和社会适应能力的意识,既要关心住院期间的医疗,也要关心出院后的生活质量;医生要全面、深刻地认识医学,提高医疗技术,提高服务质量。

The construction of a harmonious doctor -patient relationship is not equal to the simple use of medical ethics slogan to criticize the ethical absence of doctors, nor is the systematic repair for the current regulations for medical ethics. The construction actually is the comprehensive cognition for medical science among medical staff from the perspectives of epistemology and methodology with a scientific attitude. Doctors should be equipped with various features, including people - oriented concept, merciful mind, the consciouness of an overall care for patients＇ pyhsical and mental health, social adaptation awareness, care for the medical treatment during patients＇ hospitalization as well as their quality of life after the discharge from hospital. All in all, doctors should have a comprehensive and profound cognition of medical science, in order to improve their medical skills and quality of medical service.
