正交试验在露天矿境界优化参数选取中的应用 被引量:1

APPLICATION FOR PARAMETER SELECTION OF PIT OPTIMIZATION IN ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTS

摘要 露天矿境界优化中,销售价格、边界品位、入选品位和边坡角等是影响优化结果的主要因素。随着市场和经济条件的变化,这些参数的取值会在一个范围内波动,在进行境界优化时需要选取最优参数组合。本文以某金矿为例,将优化参数作为变量,境界优化结果中的盈利和成本作为响应,利用正交表安排参数组合,在软件中进行最终境界优化。通过对16组优化结果的统计,得出了盈利最大和成本最小的组合方案;在优化结果中对参数的每个水平进行分析,评出了每个参数的最优水平;用最优水平的参数组合进行境界优化,与前面较好的结果进行对比,得出最优的露天境界结果。 Sale price,cut-of grade,beneficiation feed grade and final angle are very important affecting factors in pit optimization.With the changes in market and economic condition,these parameters always fluctuate in a range,so we need to select the optimal parameters.Taking a gold mine for example,the article which choose the parameters as variables,the profit and cost in optimization results as the response,uses orthogonal table to arrange the parameters which are used in pit optimization experiments.Through the experiments we can find out the optimal parameter combination which can achieve maximum profit and minimum cost.we also analyze each level of parameter in the optimization results,and decide the optimal level of each parameter;use the optimal level of parameter to pit optimization again,and then compared with the maximum profit or minimum cost,we find out the best optimal result.
