激光脉冲半宽度与激光导引头探测响应电压

摘要 建立了光电二极管峰值电压响应模型,定量分析了激光导引头四象限探测器输出的峰值响应电压随指示激光脉冲半宽度的影响程度,解释了激光导引头的探测阈值采用能量密度而不是功率密度单位的原因。通过仿真计算,说明指示激光若有较长的拖尾部分,它虽然占了不小比重的激光能量密度积分值,但是对激光导引头四象限探测器输出的峰值响应电压没有多少贡献。由此建议电子靶场在验收激光指示器时,应该测出激光脉冲波型作为参考。 The response voltage model of the photoelectricity diode is established. It is used to analyze the incidence of the half width of laser pulse on the peak response voltage of the laser-guided seeker quantitatively. This explains why the detecting threshold of the laser-guided seeker uses the unit of energy density but power density. The simulation deduces that the laser pulse' s prolong tail contributes little on the peak response voltage of the laser-guided seeker which is outputted from the four-quadrant detector, despite that the tail contributes a large ratio of the integral energy density of the laser pulse. It is suggested that the contour line of the laser pulse should be measured when the laser indicator is checked and accepted in the electronic equipment test base.
