摘要
介绍了中国石油兰州石化公司Ⅰ,Ⅱ甲乙酮(MEK)装置丁烯提浓单元萃取剂再生系统的改造情况。ⅡMEK装置通过在萃取剂进再生罐前增设再生塔,使再生萃取剂中的杂质质量分数由再生前的8.13%降低至小于1.50%,且比ⅠMEK装置降低了7.31个百分点;与ⅠMEK装置相比,ⅡMEK装置的正丁烯收率则由88.50%提高到96.21%。
The process revamping of regeneration of extracting agent for concentrating butylene in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) units Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was introduced. By adding a regeneration column before the process of regeneration tank in MEK unit Ⅱ,the mass fraction of impurities in regenerated extracting agent reduced from 8.13% to 1.50% ,and by 7.31 percent points compared to MEK unit Ⅰ. The yield of n - butylene in MEK unit Ⅱ increased from 88.50% to 96.21%.
