摘要
分析了聚丙烯装置汽蒸单元产生汽蒸罐结块频繁、汽蒸罐洗剂塔隔离池固体粉料多及工艺水过滤器频繁堵塞等问题的原因,通过优化调整工艺参数,如减少汽蒸蒸汽流量、将汽蒸罐料位控制值由50%降至35%、将汽蒸罐温度设定为105℃等,并采取将工艺水过滤器改为双层金属网式过滤器、汽蒸罐洗涤塔液位计改为浮筒式液位计等措施,使汽蒸单元运行平稳,各项控制指标均达设计要求。
The reasons of agglomerating frequently in steaming tank, producing more solid powder in the isolation pool of catalyst washing tower and blocking often in process water filter of steaming section in polypropylene unit were analyzed. By optimizing and adjusting the technical parameters, for instance, reducing the steam flow, decreasing the material level in steaming tank from 50% to 35% , setting steaming tank temperature at 105 ℃ and changing the process water filter into the double - layer - metal net filter and the liquid level gauge in catalyst washing tower into the float level controller, all the problems existed in the operation of steaming section were resolved,the operation was stable, and the control resuits could satisfy the requirement of design.
