摘要
可以通过添加清净分散剂来改善甲醇汽油对发动机润滑油清净分散性能的不利影响。采用正交设计考察了中碱值烷基水杨酸钙(T109),高碱值环烷酸钙(T112)和双烯基丁二酰亚胺(T152)的清净分散性能。当中碱值烷基水杨酸钙:高碱值环烷酸钙:双烯基丁二酰亚胺为2:2.5:2.5时,清净分散性能最佳。
It might improve the adverse effects of detergence-dispersion property of methanol-gasoline upon engine oil by adding detergent-dispersant. It was investigated the detergence-dispersion property of medium based calcium alkyl salicylate （ T109）, overbased calcium naphthenate （Tl12） and diene succinic imide （T152） by orthogonal design. The detergence-dispersion property was the best when medium based calcium alkyl salicylate： overbased calcium naphthenate： diene succinic imide was 2： 2.5： 2.5.
