论广西水利电力职业技术学院学生核心能力的培养

Discussion on students' core competence cultivation of Guangxi Hydraulic and Electric Polytechnic

核心能力是劳动者从事任何一种职业都必不可少的基本能力,它是人的职业道德、知识技能、创新精神融入劳动者素质的集中体现。如何培养学生的核心能力是职业教育面临的迫切问题。为此,以广西水利电力职业技术学院为例,结合高职院校的培养目标、水利水电行业和职业能力的基本要求,分析高职院校水利水电类专业学生应具备的核心能力,并提出了核心能力的培养途径。

As the concentrated reflection of professional morality, knowledge, skill and innovation spirit, core competence is the basic capability absolutely necessary for a laborer engaging in any kind of profession. Cultivation of students＇ core competence is urgent task for vocational education. Taking Guangxi Hydraulic and Electric Polytechnic as example, combined with the cultivation targets of vocational higher educational institutions and the basic working ability requirements, the authors analyze the core competence that a student of water conservancy and hydropower speciality in vocational higher educational institution shall possess, and put forward the cultivation avenues.
