对220kV线路后备保护整定计算原则的简化

Simplification of Setting Calculation Principle for Backup Protection of 220 kV Lines

针对电网规模不断扩大导致220kV线路保护失配增加的问题,提出应简化220kV线路后备保护整定计算原则,分析简化220kV线路后备保护的可行性、必要性以及对电网安全运行的风险,对保留零序保护Ⅲ、Ⅳ段(称作方案1)和仅保留零序保护Ⅳ段(称作方案2)这两种简化方案进行比较,结合广东电网实际情况和华中电网的简化措施,推荐1种较合理的简化方案,对无光纤差动保护的线路采用方案1,有光纤差动保护的线路采用方案2。

Aiming at increased protection mismatch of 220 kV lines due to continuous expanded scale of power grid, the paper proposes to simplify setting calculation principle for backup protection of 220 kV lines and it analyzes feasibility, necessity of backup protection of 220 kV lines and risks it brings to grid operation. The paper compares reserved three-step and four-step zero-sequence （named scheme 1） with four-step zero-sequence （called scheme 2） and recommends a reasonable simplification scheme in combination with reality of Guangdong power grid and simplification measures of Central China grid that lines without optical fiber differential protection adopt scheme I and lines with optical fiber differential protection adopt the scheme 2.
