摘要
针对500kV贤令山变电站投产前220kV阳山变电站至仙溪变电站双回线路同时检修时会造成清远电网单端供电以及运行风险增大的问题,通过采取调整地区电源开、停机运行方式,控制重要联络线及稳定潮流断面,制定适于孤网运行的低频减载方案等控制措施,提高了特殊运行方式下清远电网的安全稳定水平,而且对广东电网进一步分区供电后区域电网的安全稳定运行也具有重要启示。
In accordance with the increased risks in structure and operation of single-end power supply during overhaul of double-circuit lines between 220 kV Yangshan substation and Xianxi substation before the operation of 550 kV Xianlingshan substation, safety and stability levels of Qingyuan power networks in special mode are greatly enhanced, and significant inspiration and guidance are achieved on safe and stable operation of regional power networks after further divided power supply of Guangdong power grid in districts by means of adjusting operation modes of start-up and shut-down, controlling key interconnection ties, stabilizing cross-section of power flow and formulating scheme of low frequency load shedding acceptable for operation of isolated power network.
