摘要 针对基于全球移动通信系统(global system of mobile communication,GSM)或通用分组无线服务技术(gen-eral packet radio service,GPRS)的配电变压器监控技术传输速度慢,无法有效传输大数据容量的图片及进行视频,严重限制配电变压器远程监控技术发展的问题,提出采用基于3G技术的配电变压器远程监控系统的方案;介绍了该方案的系统框架、模块设计、系统功能等,解决了基于GSM和GPRS配电变压器远程监控系统所存在的传输带宽不足、传输不稳定的问题,并通过加入先进的视频监控技术,有效实现了配电变压器远程监控,大大提高了远程配变监控的效率和准确度。 In view of poor speed, incapability in transmitting images with mass data capacity and video of monitoring technology of distribution transformer based on global system of mobile communication (GSM) or general pocket radio service (GPRS), the development of remote monitoring technology for distribution transformer is seriously restricted. Thereby the article proposes to adopt the remote monitoring and control system for distribution transformer based on 3G network. With regards to this, the article introduces system framework, module design and system functions of the design scheme for remote monitoring and control system for distribution transformer based on 3G network. The scheme solves such problems as transmission bandwidth insufficiency and transmission instability of remote monitoring and control system for distribution transformer based on GSM and GPRS; besides, the scheme enables remote monitoring of distribution transformer and significantly promotes efficiency and accuracy of remote distribution transformer monitoring and control by adding advanced video monitoring technology.
