摘要
燃气余热锅炉热效率是评价其能耗性能的重要指标,受诸多因素的影响,针对此,以广州大学城华电新能源有限公司2台热电联产燃气余热锅炉为对象,利用MATLAB软件平台,选取入口烟气温度、出口烟气温度、出口干烟气中氧量3个指标,在10种工况下,对热电联产余热锅炉的反平衡热效率敏感性进行分析,得出结论:入口烟气温度、出口烟气温度、出口干烟气中氧量对热效率的敏感度低。
Thermal efficiency is an important index for energy consumption performance of gas waster heat boiler and influenced by many factors. Therefore, two CHP gas waster heat boilers of Guangzhou University City Huadian New Energy Co., Ltd are taken for object. By employment of MATLAB software platform and selection of flue gas temperature at inlet and outlet as well as oxygen content in dry flue gas at outlet, sensitivity of anti-balance thermal efficiency of CHP gas waster heat boiler in ten working conditions is analyzed. It is concluded that flue gas temperature at inlet and outlet, oxygen content in dry flue gas at outlet are less sensitive to thermal efficiency.
