摘要 华能海门电厂4×1 036MW机组炉底渣水系统原为溢流运行方式,存在运行设备较多的问题,为减少能耗和运行维护费用,将其改造为自密封运行方式。在运行和维护方面对改造前后炉底水封系统作比较,分析设备改造的内容和合理性,改造后系统简单可靠,每台机组1年可节约厂用电量6.335GWh,节约运行和维护费用382.728万元。 Furnace bottom slag water system of 4 × 1 036 MW unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant formerly adopted the operating mode of overflow and there were excessive running equipment. The operating mode of flow over is replaced by that of self sealing in order to reduce energy consumption and cost for operation & maintenance. Furnace bottom water seal systems before and after the transformation are compared in terms of operation and maintenance in order to analyze content and reasonableness of the equipment transformation. The system after the transformation is simple and reliable, and each unit can save 6. 335GWh auxiliary power as well as operation & maintenance cost of 3. 82 728 million yuan.
