摘要
阐述了国产600MW机组500kV线路自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统的组成部分和设计原理,介绍了AVC软件离线调试和参数在线修改的原理,在AVC系统功能调试过程中制定了软件离线调试和参数在线修改的解决方案,克服了在调试过程中AVC不断下载配置参数引起远程终端单元(remote termi-nal unit,RTU)频繁起停,从而影响调度实时信息采集和电厂自动发电控制功能实现的难题,在保证机组安全运行的同时实现控制目标。
The paper elaborates on components and design principle of automatic voltage control (AVC) system on 500 kV lines homemade 600 MW unit and introduces principle of off-line debugging of AVC and on-line parameter modification. Solutions to off-line software debugging and on-line parameter modification in the debugging process of AVC system are made. The paper handles frequent startup and shutoff of remote terminal unit (RTU) caused by continuous loading of configuration parameter during the debugging, which brings difficulties to collection of real-time debugging information and realization of automatic power generation control in power plant. The goal of control is achieved and the safe operation of unit is assured.
