摘要
针对韶关发电厂11号机组(300MW)冷却塔噪声级超标的问题,根据对周边环境的噪声监测结果分析出厂界大部分暴露于噪声源附近是厂界噪声污染严重的主要原因。结合实际情况对塔内声源噪声治理、距离衰减和声波阻隔3种噪声治理方案进行比较,确定采用设置隔声屏障的方法治理冷却塔的噪声超标问题。治理后厂界和环境敏感点的噪声级达到国家控制标准,最高降噪量达18.5dB。
In view of the exceeded noise level of cooling tower of No. 11 unit (300 MW) in Shaoguan Power Plant, it is concluded that the serious boundary noise pollution results from the exposure of the factory boundary in large part to noise source. Schemes such as disposal of sound source noise in cooling tower, distance decay and sound wave isolation are intercompared with each other by integration with practical situation, it is determined to adopt the sound insulation screen to dispose excessive noise in cooling tower. Noise level at factory boundary and environmental sensitivity point comes to the state control standard and the maximum noise reduction amount is as high as 18. 5dB.
