血液肿瘤病人TCR/CD3信号缺陷及其治疗策略

摘要 T细胞免疫缺陷导致机体监测恶性转化细胞不力,是血液肿瘤发生发展的重要原因,T细胞受体信号分子CD3复合物尤其是CD3ζ表达下降或缺失严重影响T细胞的活化功能,本文主要综述近年对血液肿瘤中T细胞受体信号传导分子CD3ζ的缺陷及其可能的治疗策略的研究进展。 The deficiency of T-cell immunity play a critical role in initiation and development of hematological malignancy,due to host is unable to monitor the malignant transformant.Down-expression or deficiency of CD3 complex(the T cell receptor signal factors),especially the deficiency of CD3ζ might impact the activity function of T cells.In this review,current knowledge concerning the deficiency of CD3ζ and its therapeutic strategy in hematological malignancy is summarized.
