山东省游泳救生员队伍结构现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of lifeguards in Shandong province

以山东省取得各级游泳救生员资格的368名游泳救生员作为研究对象,通过问卷调查及访谈,对游泳救生员队伍结构的现状进行调查和分析。结果表明:目前山东省游泳救生员队伍具有年轻、专业理论尚好等特点,但还存在着救生员等级结构不合理和学历水平整体中等偏下等情况。建议采取与高等体育院校联合建立培训基地,加强与中国泳救生协会的联合工作机制,加大培训师和考评员的培训与再培训等措施加以改善。

A survey and analysis on lifeguards with professional certifications in Shandong province is made with methods of interview and mathematical statistics. The results reveal that lifeguards in Shandong province now have the characteristics of youth, well educated and capable in specialty. However, the level structure of certificated lifeguards is not very reasonal and the educational background of lifeguards is not very satisfied yet. Finally, several corresponding measures are proposed to improve the level and credit degree of certificated lifeguards in Shandong.
