急诊抢救室347例死亡病例分析

Analysis of 347 Death Cases in the Resuscitation Room of Emergency Department

目的了解急诊抢救室死亡病例的疾病构成比和怎样提高急诊危重病人的抢救成功率。方法统计2008年1月—2010年12月我院急诊抢救室的死亡病例共347例,记录患者性别、年龄、诊断、既往病史、本次发病至就诊时间及入院状况等。结果构成比由高到低的前5种疾病依次为严重创伤、猝死、心血管病、呼吸系统疾病和脑血管病。各种年龄构成比不同,青壮年以创伤为主。结论为提高急诊抢救室室抢救成功率,必须加强院前急救和医院急诊科软硬件的建设和规范化管理,不断提高医护人员的业务素质和综合应变能力,加强抢救室资源的利用。

Objective To investigate the proportion of causes of death cases in the resuscitation room of emergency department and how to improve the success rate of emergency rescue critically ill patient.Methods All death cases（339 eases）were registered in the resuscitation room from January 2008 to December 2010.Data about patients consisted of sex,age,diagnosis,past medical history,This disease to clinical time and admission status etc.Results The top eight death causes were injury,sudden death,cardiovascular diseases,respiratory system diseases and cerebrovascular disease.Proportions of all ages are different and mainly young adults with trauma.Conclusion In order to improve the success rate of the resuscitation room,We must strengthen pre-hospital aid and emergency department of software and hardware construction and standardized management,Continuously improve medical personnel′s service quality and comprehensive capability,strengthen the use of the resource in the resuscitation room.
