重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍临床救治分析

Multiple Organ Dysfunction Caused by Severe Alcoholism

目的探讨重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。方法结合4例重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的病例,复习有关文献,讨论重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。结果 1例患者因呼吸、心搏骤停,经心肺复苏、高压氧等康复治疗,遗留有轻度智力障碍;1例患者因急性肾衰竭,经连续性肾脏替代治疗后好转出院;其余2例患者完全康复。结论早期诊断和及时正确治疗对于降低重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍患者的病死率至关重要。

Objective To explore the clinical features,differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of multiple organ dysfunction（MODS） caused by severe alcoholism.Methods Four alcoholic MODS cases were studied with relevant literature reviewed.Results One case once suffered from respiratory and cardiac arrest was left with mild intellectual disability after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with other rehabilitation measures.One other case suffered from acute renal failure,received continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT）,and then discharged because of improved condition.The remaining two patients recovered completely.Conclusion Early diagnosis and proper treatment of MODS ensure better outcomes.
