Establishment and Functioning of Community Mental Nursing

自2000年开始北京市丰台区方庄社区卫生服务中心通过对社区居民针对性开展心理健康大课堂、阳光聊天室、一元心理门诊等社区心理护理工作模式,促进社区居民及早发现并解决自身心理健康方面的问题,充分发挥社区医务人员在心理疾病一级预防中的作用,提高了社区居民的生活质量和健康水平,减轻家庭和社会的负担。

Fangzhuang Community Health Center has been focusing on community mental health since 2000 and initia- ted many practices, including series of lectures on mental care, Sunshine Chat Room, and One - Yuan Psychological Clin- ic. These practices are designed to help the community residents to detect early signs of their psychological problems and solve those problems, and have played important roles in the primary prevention of mental illness, thereby improved the health and the quality of life of community residents and reduced the burden on both families and the society.
