摘要
目的了解云南省全科医师师资培训的效果,探索全科医师师资培训模式。方法采用问卷调查方法,整群抽取2010年云南省第二期全科医师师资培训班的108名学员进行调查。结果 54.63%的学员对课程内容设置满意,99.07%的学员认为培训对提升自身带教能力有帮助,75.92%的学员认为5 d的培训时间较短。学员的笔试平均成绩为(75.27±5.12)分,各类师资笔试成绩构成间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开办短期培训班能有效提高全科医师师资的带教能力,但需优化课程内容,丰富教学方法,适当增加培训时间,加强师资的规范管理。
Objective To understand the effects of training teachers of general practitioners in Yunnan and explore the model of training teachers of general practitioners.Methods A a questionnaire survey was conducted among 108 trainees,who participated in the second session of training teachers of general practitioners in Yunnan province in 2010,and were by cluster sampling recruited.Results Some 54.63% of the trainees were satisfied with the setting of course content,99.07% held that the training was helpful to improve their teaching ability,75.92% held that 5-day session of training was shorter.The trainees′ score of writing examination was(75.27±5.12),with a significant difference among various kinds of trainees(P〈0.01).Conclusion The training abilities of general practitioner teachers can be improved effectively by short-term training courses.Nevertheless,it is necessary to optimize the course content,enrich teaching method,increase the training time and strengthen the management of training teachers.
