益气活血中药对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨益气活血中药(黄芪与丹参)对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药组,予以益气活血中药黄芪与丹参干预,采用LPS气管滴入法制备急性肺损伤模型,检测各组大鼠血液流变学指标的变化。结果中药组血液黏度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原含量均低于模型对照组,与正常对照组比较无显著差异。结论益气活血中药(黄芪和丹参)可能是通过降低血液黏度、改善其肺循环,从而起到对模型大鼠的防治作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation herbs on haemorheology index of of ALI model rats induced by LPS.Methods:30 male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,the model control group and the herbs group.After corresponding inductions,these haemorheology indices of rats models induced by LPS were tested in several groups.Results:In the herbs group,the blood viscosity,the hematocrit and the fibrinogen content were lower than those in the model control group.There was no remarkable difference between the herbs group and the normal control group.Conclusion:Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation herbs can prevent and treat the ALI probably by decreasing the blood viscosity and ameliorating pulmonary circulation.
