基于霍尔电路设计的可逆计量传感器

摘要 以识别转向和获取可逆计数信息为主要目的,对比研究了几种基于霍尔电路设计的不同取样方式,分析了它们的输出脉冲时序特征,提出一种简单的设计方案。新的取样方式采用开关型霍尔芯片和锁存型霍尔芯片组合,配合双极旋转磁体取样系统,实现了转向识别和可逆计数信号的采集。传感器电路仅由两片霍尔电路构成,无外围电路,保留了霍尔传感器的全部优点。给出了电路设计,并详细说明了工作原理和实现方法。 In order to recognize the rotary direction and catch the reversible count information, the contrast studies of the different sampling modes based on several Hall circuit design are performed, the characteristics of the output pulse time se- quence are analyzed, and a simple design method is proposed. The assembly of switch operation Hall chip and latch operation Hall chip is adopted in the new sampling method. The rotary direction and acquisition of reversible count signal are realized in combination with the bipolar rotating magnet sampling system. The sensor circuit is composed of only two Hall circuits, without any external circuit. All the advantages of Hell sensor are remained. The circuit design and detailed description of the working principle and impletation method are offered in yhis paper.
