摘要 Modbus协议由于其开放性、透明性、成本低、易于开发等优点,在工业领域被广泛使用。MCX314运动控制芯片具有高精度的可控性以及接口简单、编程方便等特点,因此在工业生产中常被用于伺服电机的精确控制。介绍了Modbus串口协议的通信原理以及MCX314运动控制芯片的应用,并结合两者开发出操作简单、控制精确、带有良好人机交互界面的自动钻孔系统,该系统以C8051系列单片机为核心微处理器与上位机通信并对运动芯片进行控制,实现了通过触摸屏对多个钻孔机同时进行操作的一对多控制,并在工业生产中通过测试。 Modbus protocol has been wildly used due to its advantages such as openness, transparency, low cost and easy utilization. MCX314 motion control chip is often applied to the precise control of servo motors in industry production because of its precise controllability, simple interface and convenience of programming. The communication principium of Modbus pro- tocol and the application of MCX314 motion control chip are introduced. In combination with the both, a automatic drilling system which is easy to use, precise in controlling and nice of Human-Machine Interaction interface is developed. This system taking C8051 MCU as microprocessor to communicate with the upper computer and control the motion chip realized the one-to- many control over drilling machines via a touch screen, and passed the test in industry production.
