摘要
实践性知识呈现为教师专业发展的核心竞争力,是师范生向专家教师转变的决定性因素。师范生实践性知识具有情境性、个体性、内隐性和开放性。从建构主义视角出发,通过完善课程设置、构建系列竞赛、强化微格教学和加强教育实习,建构师范生实践性知识,从而促进教师专业发展。
Presented as the core competitiveness of the development of teaching profession,practical knowledge plays a decisive role in the process of transforming normal school students to expert teachers.Practical knowledge of normal school students has individuality,recessive and openness.From the perspective of constructivism,constructing the practical knowledge of normal school students through improving the curriculum planning,designing a series of contests,strengthening micro-standard teaching methods and educational training can accelerate the development of teaching profession.
