我国高校特色专业发展状况的政策评析

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确提出要促进高校办学特色,而特色专业正是高校办学特色的重要体现。本文将我国高校特色专业发展状况划分为探索试点阶段、规模发展阶段和结构优化阶段,对我国高校特色专业发展状况进行了政策解读与分析,指出我国高校特色专业尚处于设置阶段,从认识层面、改革体制、完善机制和优化结构等几方面对中央教育管理部门提出了加强高校特色专业建设的政策建议。

The paper reviews the work of specific major selection in China＇s colleges and universities. From the overall number of specific majors, structure and layout changes were analyzed to clarify the context of its development. On the basis, reading the overall construction＇s situation of extraordinary major＇s policy in college. Finally, put forward our proposals to further improve the specific major selection in colleges and universities.
