摘要
目前,高职教育的教学偏重于人才培养方案的制定与落实,片面强调知识或技能的传授,而对教学的方式方法,教学对象的状况、学习效果、学生认知能力等都方面重视不够,这些直接制约着课堂教学质量的提高。因此,教师在传授知识和技能的同时,更要教给学生探究知识和掌握技能的门径、方法,教会学生"学会学习"、"学会生存";学校应该为教师选择最佳的教学方法,搭建有效的教学平台。课堂工场化与工场课堂化的教学改革能有效地将课堂教学与工作现场结合起来,融工程素养与职业技能的培养于课堂教学中,让来自企业和社会的压力直接转变为教师和学生教与学的动力。
Currently, the teaching of higher vocational education focuses on the formulation and implementation of talent-training program, giving one-sided emphasis on imparting knowledge or skills and paying less at- tention to teaching methods, teaching object, learning effects, cognitive ability of students, and so on. These directly restrict the improvement of teaching quality. Therefore, teachers should not only impart knowledge and skills, but also teach students to explore knowledge and the avenue of mastering skills, and teach them "Learning to learn" and "Learning to survive"; Colleges must build effective teaching platform for teachers to select the best teaching method. The two-way teaching reform can effectively combine classroom with work site, melt engineering literacy and vocational skills training in teaching in class and transform the pressure from the enterprise and society directly into teachers' teaching and students' learning motivation.
