摘要
成果评估是管理的重要环节。高校学生礼仪素质培训成果评估关系到培训的效果,关系到高校教育教学质量和学生就业。由于认识和理念的后滞,高校学生礼仪素质培训成果的评估存在着评估目的不明确、评估过程不完善、评估作用发挥不够等问题,有必要创新培训成果的评估体系,重视多因素的共同作用、多种形式的立体组合和多种方法的综合运用。
The achievement evaluation is vital to the administration, thus the achievement evaluation of the etiquette training in colleges and universities determines the effects of training, which is closely related to the teaching quality and students ' employment. While owing to the backwardness of cognitions and values, a variety of problems exist, including uncertain aims, imperfect procedure, insufficient function of the evaluation and so on. Therefore, it is essential to innovate the evaluation system of training achievements and attach importance to the joint functions of diverse factors, the multi-dimensional combination of several forms as well as the comprehensive application of various methods.
