摘要
目前，非洲东北部“非洲之角”（包括吉布提、埃塞俄比亚、厄立特里亚、肯尼亚、索马里、苏丹、南苏丹、乌干达等东非国家）地区的严重旱灾依然在持续，这场非洲国家60年来最严重的旱灾已在该地区引发粮食危机。
