摘要
为了使纸张的表面效率能更有效地衡量油墨在其表面的呈色效果,拟订了纸面效率的新表达式,通过光老化试验,对比纸样老化前后的油墨呈色效果,说明了新纸面效率公式的合理性和有效性,并为纸张的新纸面效率和油墨色偏、灰度间构建了新的线性关系。最后,提供了一个修正后的纸面效率查找图,对新纸面效率在实际生产中的应用做出了分析和判断。
In order to evaluate effectively the ink color reproduction with paper surface efficiency （PSE for short） , the new expression of paper surface efficiency was firstly drawn up in this paper. The ink color reproduction before and after photo-aging was studied via photo-aging experiment, which demonstrated strongly the rationality and validity of the new PSE formula, and the new linear relationships between PSE and hue error, grey scale were set up. Finally, a revised chart for looking up PSE was raised, and the application of the new PSE during the actual printing was analyzed and discussed.
