摘要 为了使电热膜用导电油墨具有更好的导电导热性,考察导电填料对电热膜用导电油墨性能的影响,通过添加导电石墨和银粉及改变其添加的质量比例,制备了不同的电热膜用导电油墨样品。通过测定油墨样品的粒径、初干速度、样张的实地密度、方阻等,分析导电性填料对电热膜用导电油墨性能的影响。研究结果表明,增加导电石墨的质量比例,可以降低方阻,对样张的实地密度及油墨的初干速度也有影响;银粉的添加量为5%时,样张的方阻值最小,实地密度最大。 The electric conductive ink used in electric radiant heating film is composed by conductive fillers, resins, solvents and promoters. Conductive fillers have important effects on the performance of the ink. The study concentrating on the electric conductive ink used in electric radiant heating fihn is about how to improve the electric and thermal conductivity of the ink. To determine such effects, different kinds of samples are prepared by changing the mass proportion of additives. By de- termining the particle size, shetting, solid density of proofs, sheet resistance and so on, the effects of conductive fillers including conductive graphite and silver powder on the performance of the ink are analyzed. The results show that increasing the mass proportion of conductive graphite can decrease sheet resistance, and have effect on solid density of proofs and ink's shetting; when the addition level of silver powder is 5 percent, sheet resistance of proofs is minimum and solid density is maximum.
