Pisussion on Construction of University Teacher's Ethics

新时期进一步加强高校师德建设,是深入落实江泽民同志以德治国重要思想的迫切需要,是建设高素质教师队伍的迫切需要。近年来,高校师德建设卓有成效,但是也存在敬业意识淡薄、价值观念和行为准则偏离教师正道、精力投入不够等问题。因此,必须从加强制度建设、开展师德教育、进行人本管理、完善奖惩机制等方面加以改进,以不断提高教师的师德水准,全面推进素质教育。

To strengthen the construction of university teacher＇s ethics in new times is not only urgent need to implement in-depth the important thought of Jian Zemin about managing state by ethics, but also to build high-quality teaching staff. In recent years, the construction of university teacher＇s ethics have obtained fruitful results, but there are still some problem such as professional awareness weak, values and behavior standard deviation of the way of teachers, lack of energy investment and so on. Therefore, in order to improve continuously the teacher＇s morality level and promote the quality education, we must improve from the aspects as follows ： strengthening the system construction, carrying out teacher＇s ethics education, implementing human-oriented management,perfecting the mechanism of rewards and punishments.
