摘要
通过水煎剂法提取野黄菊花和猫眼草的有效成分,采用滤纸片扩散法检测它们对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:野黄菊花和猫眼草对两种菌均有明显的抑制功效,猫眼草对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳抑菌浓度是1.0 g/mL.野黄菊花对大肠杆菌的最佳抑菌浓度是1.0 g/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳抑菌浓度是0.25 g/mL.
we extracted the active ingredients of Indian Dendranthema Flower and Sun Euphorbia Herb, and tested their bacteriostatic effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli by using the paper filtering method. The results showed that Indian Dendranthema Flower and Sun Euphorbia Herb have significant bacteriostatic effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The best bacteriostatic concentration of Sun Euphorbia Herb to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli both is 1.0mg/mL. However, the best bacteriostatic concentration of Indian Dendranthema Flower to Escherichia coli is 1.0g/mL, but to Staphylococcus aureus is 0.25 g/mL.
