握力是除身高和体重之外的一种人体健康发展的重要指标。它作为一种无创的、简单易行且经济的测量方法,可以评估人体机能、营养状态、日常生活能力、残疾程度和预测生存结局,在临床研究中具有重要意义。文章就握力意义、测量、影响因素等方面进行综述。

Grip strength, as well as height and weight, is an important indicator for human health. As a noninvasive, simple and economical method of measurement, grasp strength is commonly used to evaluate human body function, nutritional state, activities of daily living, disability and to predict survival outcome. It＇s also important in clinical studies. in this paper, we reviewed the progress of grip strength with different aspects of significance, measurement, impact factors.
