摘要
目的:观察不同破膜方法对HbA2现象的影响。方法:采用淀粉-琼脂糖凝胶电泳对不同破膜方法处理的红细胞进行电泳。结果:溶血液组的HbA2电泳速度最慢,距碳酸酐酶(CA)的距离最近;红细胞组的HbA2电泳速度最快,距离CA的距离最远;其它破膜组的HbA2电泳速度居中,位于溶血液和红细胞HbA2之间。结论:HbA2现象与红细胞膜完整性有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of different destroying red blood cell membrane methods on HbA2 phenomenon. Methods: The membranes of red blood cells were destroyed with different methods. And starch - agarose gel electrophoresis was performed to detect HbA2. Results: The electrophoresis speed of hemolysate HbA2 was the slowest, with the shortest distance from carbonic anhydrase. While the speed of red blood cell HbA2 was the fastest, with the longest distance from carbonic anhydrase. The electrophoresis slSeeds of others were between hemolysate and RBC HbA2. Conclusion: HbA2 phenomenon is related to the integrity of red blood cell membrane.
