摘要
目的:探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折的微创手术治疗。方法:本组21例,按Schatzker分型Ⅳ型4例、Ⅴ型9例、Ⅵ型8例。均采用hyb ird外架+空心钉系统微创手术治疗,采用Lysholm方法评价手术后功能。结果:优18例、良2例、中1例,优良率为95.2%,疗效满意。结论:hyb ird外架+空心钉系统微创手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折有效,骨折愈合快,特别适合于软组织不佳的患者。
Objective： To investigate the operative method of minimal incision to treat complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods： Twenty one patients with tibial plateau fractures, including 4 of Schatzker Ⅳ, 9 of Schatzker Ⅴ, and 8 of Schatzker Ⅵ, were recruited. All patients were treated with minimal invasive surgery, using hybrid external fixation and cannulated screw. The function after operation was evaluated by Lysholm method. Results： Among all cases, 18 got excellent results, 2 was good, and 1 failed. The excellent and good rate was 95.4 %. Conclusion： The treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with minimal invasive surgery using hybrid external fixation and cannulated screw is effective, and the fractures heal quickly. The method is especially fit for the patients with soft tissue impaired.
